SLAUGHTERHOUE

There’s been a debate lately overwhich group is better, Young Money or Slaughterhouse

Well the NBA playoffs are right around the corner for you NBA fanatics.

The Miami Heat lead by Lebron James and Dwayne Wade look to be on a crash course with the New York Knicks led by Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire. The Heat are favorites to win the championship this year. Lebron James has put up numbers so good he could bailout the US debt.

He is clearly the front runner for the MVP and looks to be on a mission this year. Wade has also been very effective and when healthy. With the reincarnation on Chris Bosh from Toronto, Bosh looks to be ready to come from out the shadows on “That Other Guy” and join the BIG 3.

However with all that being said do the Knicks even have a chance? Well let’s break down the facts and see how they fair.

• Maybe you guys should try taking candy from a baby instead. The Knicks have more steals (606 vs 571) than the heat this season.

• The Knicks leading rebounder is (Tyson Chandler 10.0 vs Lebron James 7.9).
• The Knicks FG% leader is (Tyson Chandler .681% vs Lebron James .531).
• The Knicks hold the Heat to FG% .423 when on average they shoot .472% for the season
• The Knicks force Lebron James into 4.7 turnovers per game. That’s more than any team he faces in the NBA.
• The Knicks hold the Heat to 92.0 points per game when they Average 99.5

The Miami Heat are favorites to win the NBA Championship and, the Knicks just may have a chance to dash their hopes. Before the Knicks Coach Mike D'Antoni stepped down the Knicks defense allowed 97.8 points per game. After the intern coach Mike Woodson took over the Knicks they have only allowed 85.8 points per game.

We are not saying that the Knicks are going to shock the world and beat the heavily favored Heat we are just saying, if the Knicks were cooks “They can stand the Heat in the Kitchen”.
